Our first VEX qualifying event is January 19th 2019 at the BCPS Spring STEM VRC Tournament
Our agenda will roughly look like this.
TENTATIVE Schedule-

7:30 am - doors open

8:45 am - teams check

8:15 am - STEM presentations judging

9:00 am - driver meeting

9:15 am - qualifier matches begin

12:00 to 12:30 pm - lunch break

12:35 - 1:45pm matches resume

1:50 pm - finals - 10 matches

2:20 pm - awards
-
2:30 pm - cleanup
Keep in mind that the car ride there will take approximately 2 hours, so be prepared in taking your robot and having your team there at the correct time and for check in.
